OTR uses a proprietary software system that allows us to customize our file management system to fit your needs.  Our system specializes in internal management, data exchange with our clients and mobile technology to allow you 24/7 access to your case progress.

OTR staff is able to manage you case from start to finish within our software system.  Every time your case is looked and moved forward you are able to access that timestamped information.  Our Data exchange (available to most major legal software databases) allows documents and status information to easy flow from our system to yours.  We offer custom data exchange options to fit all your needs.  OTR also provides all it’s field agents with a mobile app so we can quickly communicate the progress of your case.
